All the above is set in 10 acres of stunning landscaped gardens that are kept immaculate by a small army of gardeners, the whole complex is surrounded by discreet fencing and has a 24 hour security guard. The complex boasts a lakeside restaurant serving Vietnamese food, plus a small shop selling day to day items snacks and beer.

The fish in Mekong Delta Fish Lake are growing bigger than anyone ever thought possible, especially the Shutchi catfish of which there are over 170 fish in excess of 80lbs and at least four over 100lb, add all the back up fish between 40lb to 80lb and its easy to see why Mekong Delta Fish Lake is regarded the best lake fishery on the planet.

Itinerary

DAYS 1 & 2: Fishing Days

Day 1 , we will pick you up at your hotel to transfer you the short drive to the lake within 2hours.

Each day you will be fishing for some of the worlds most exotic fish species with the best guides on hand to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

You will be presented with your fishing tackle for couple days and shown some of the private place to catch a monster one.

The fishing methods are very similar to Carp fishing but on a grander scale. The rigs are as basic as possible as to avoid tangles which results in lost fish.

You will be given top of the range rods and reels (1rods and reels per person) to target the fish of your choice.

Overnight accommodation: Nhu Y Guesthouse

In the afternoon of second day a Fishing in Vietnam representative will transfer you back to Sai Gon and Trip finish here!
